Overview
This course is designed to teach people of all income groups the basic principles of personal budgeting and personal financial management. Apart from teaching participants how to physically set up a personal budget, tools to analyse and understand a personal budget are also presented. Personal finances and how we should think about money is discussed on an individual and family level, with a section set up specifically for married couples. The course participant will also learn to understand their own habits and spending behaviour better, and most importantly how to avoid falling into financial traps. The course aims to assist all income earners in becoming good stewards of their finances and ultimately lead to a healthy financial climate in the country.
