The purpose of this course is to introduce you to a number of strategic tools so as to learn about the function of strategic management in organizations. You will be exposed to a number of such tools: – classic techniques that will enable you to understand how to make sense of the complex business environments. On a week-by-week basis you will be introduced to each technique and shown how to apply it.
This course will help you develop good business strategies. Such strategies have strong military links in that they constitute plans premeditated and designed to overcome an enemy.
